Cut the onion, leek and pumpkin in small pieces.
Stifle the onion and leek in some butter.
Add the pumpkin and stifle for some more minutes.
Sprinkle with the flour and stir well..
Add the stock, bring to a boil and let simmer fora bout 30 minutes.
Blend the soup and season with some peper and salt..
Cut the bacon in fine stripes.
Bake the bacont till it is brown and crispy.
Serve the soup hot and add some cream and bacon to finish.


  • 1 onion
  • ½ leek (only the white part)
  • 400 gr pumpkin
  • 1 l stock of chicken
  • 20 gr flour
  • Butter
  • pepper and salt
  • Cream
  • Bacon
