Directions

Prebake the puff pastry

Put the puff pastry in a round baking tin. Stab some small holes in the bottom with a fork.
Put a piece of baking paper into the pastry and fill it with baking pearls.
Bakei t in the oven at 170°C fora bout 20 minutes.
Remove the baking paper and the baking pearls and bakei t for 10 minutes more.

Maak de vulling

Mix the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggyolks en stirr well.
Adde the coconut and the almond and stirr softly.
Beat the egg whites until the are firm end stirr softly under the dough.
Wash the coin or bean and ad dit to the dough.
Fill the baked puff pastry with the dough and bakei t for 30 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
Let the cake cool down and find out who getts the bean...

  • 150 gr butter
  • 225 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 spoons off milk
  • 50 gr grated cocnut
  • 50 gr grounded almonds
  • 150 gr flour with baking powder
  • 1dried bean or coin
