Warm the milk, lukewarm is good.
Add the yeast and mix.

Add the eggs to the milk and mix.
Put the flour in a mixingbowl and make a hole in the middle.
Pour the sugar en a bit of salt on the edges.
Pour the milk in the center, mix all the ingredients and knead to a firm dough.
Leave to rest for about 30 min, under a towel.
Knead briefly and roll the dough to a thickness of 2 cm.
Stick out some forms and lay on a baking plate and leave again to rest until the dough is doubled in volume.
Mix the eggyolk with some drops of water.
Brush the dough with the eggyolk and bake in an oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Let it cool down.
