Directions

Mix the yeast with the milk.
Melt the butter
Sift the flour in a mixing bowl and make a hole in the middle.
Pour the milk in the hole in the flour, add the butter and the egg yolk en mix.
Beat the eggwhite en stirr under the dough, together with the salt and the sugar.
Heat cooking oil up to 180°C.

Take some dough with a spoon, let it slide in the cooking oil and frie it until they are brown.

Sprinkl with lots of powdered sugar and serve warm.

  • 25 g butter
  • 25 cl milk (luke warm)
  • 15 g yeast
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar
